I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing grass/landscaping work. First, Brett set great expectations: every single thing he said would happen, happened exactly as expected and explained. His crew arrived on time and got right to work. On day 1, they harley raked the whole yard, put new topsoil down, and regraded the previously bumpy and undulating yard to be perfectly even. On day 2, the sod was delivered right on schedule and they got to work putting it all down around every curve of the yard. They even re-dug and edged the grass line around our flower/landscaping beds to give a beautiful, clean look! Once the crew completed their work, they cleaned up everything, including any dirt spots on the driveway or patio. Then they walked me through the yard to go over everything that was done and asked if I had any questions. Brett then met with me to go over watering and maintenance needs over the first few weeks/months. We're now 3 weeks in and the grass is lush, green, and the seams are disappearing!
