The turf renovation was a critical part of the project. Using a Harley Rake, compacted soil was broken up, moss was removed, and the existing lawn was prepared for new growth. Five yards of nutrient-rich Lawn Max soil were applied, followed by approximately 3,500 sq. ft. of elite tall fescue sod. Starter fertilizer, lime, fungicide, and insecticide were applied to ensure a fast establishment and long-lasting healthy lawn.
